- Please note:
The hirer must nominate a responsible lead guest to count the number of passengers boarding and alighting at each stop. It is the responsibility of the lead guest and hirer to ensure that all passengers are accounted for and on the bus at every stop.
Departure Time, Overtime & Destination Changes
- All Go Party Bus and Diamond Lounge Limocoach bookings are for set time slots.
If passengers fail to board within 15 minutes of the agreed departure time, the bus will depart without them.- A $50 fee per 15 minutes, and $50 per additional half hour thereafter, may be applied for delays.
- If passengers fail to reboard the bus during a tour, the client or lead guest must decide whether to wait within a maximum of 15 minutes.
After this time, the driver must depart. Go Party Bus and Diamond Lounge will not be responsible for passengers who fail to board at the agreed time and it will be the passengers’ responsibility to arrange alternative transport at their own cost. - If a wine tour, pub crawl, or transfer runs over time by more than 20 minutes, Go Party Bus and Diamond Lounge Limocoach reserve the right to withhold:
- $50 on all party buses
- $150 on limo coaches
- If you wish to change your drop-off location from the original booking, this must be requested at least 1 week prior to the event.
Changes made on the day of the charter may incur additional charges.
Bus Requests / Driver Requests
- If you request a specific bus colour, we will make every effort to provide that bus; however, unforeseen circumstances may prevent this. In such cases, an alternative bus colour will be supplied.
All our buses come equipped with the same features and level of service. - If you request a specific driver, please understand that due to scheduling or other unforeseen factors, we cannot guarantee the requested driver at all times.
All our drivers provide the same high-quality, friendly service you expect. - If you book a 45-seater bus but your group size decreases and you wish to request a smaller bus, we will happily accommodate this if a smaller bus is available. Otherwise, the full amount quoted for the originally agreed bus size remains payable.
- Go Party Bus and Diamond Lounge reserve the right to allocate buses according to operational needs. For example, a 45-seater bus may be assigned to complete a booking for a smaller group (e.g., 21-seater booking) at no extra cost. Diamond Lounge vehicles may also be used as substitutes without additional charges.
Pub Crawls
- After paying your deposit, the next step is to choose the venues you and your group wish to attend.
- We cannot arrive at venues without a prior booking, as the bus may be refused entry or turned away.
- We recommend exchanging contact numbers with your driver on the night to assist with communication when the group is ready to depart.
- Please note that due to traffic or council regulations, some venues cannot be accessed directly by the bus. In such cases, the driver will drop you at the closest permitted location.
- All passengers must carry valid ID, be over 18 years of age, and adhere to each venue’s dress code.
- Go Party Bus and Diamond Lounge take no responsibility and provide no refund for patrons refused entry to venues for reasons such as intoxication, antisocial behaviour, or any other reason deemed valid by the venue.
- Patrons refused entry will not be permitted to continue the pub crawl, and the driver may refuse to continue service for those individuals.
- Go Party Bus and Diamond Lounge accept no liability for the actions of any patrons or members of the public, including any loss or damage to property, injury, or death caused to any patron.
Pub Crawl Deals
- All deals, gifts, and VIP entries are the sole responsibility of each venue to honour.
- Each venue may have specific deals or arrangements that the organiser must discuss directly with the venue’s bar manager, if applicable.
- Drivers do not hold vouchers or detailed information about these deals; all relevant information will be provided in your confirmation email.
- Go Party Bus and Diamond Lounge will not be held responsible if a venue fails to uphold its agreement for any reason. No refunds or compensation will be issued in such cases.
- These deals are agreements directly between the hirer and the venue, and it is the hirer’s responsibility to understand what offers are available at each venue.
- Go Party Bus and Diamond Lounge operate under local government laws and guidelines regarding set-down and pick-up locations for pubs and clubs. Please be aware that you may not be dropped off directly in front of certain venues due to these regulations.
- We make bookings with agreed venues on your behalf from our approved venue list.
- Any venues not on our approved list must be booked by the hirer prior to the tour.
Wine Tours
- Every venue you plan to attend requires a booking. Buses will be turned away without confirmed bookings.
- As the hirer, you are responsible for your guests throughout the entire day.
- If a group is refused entry to any venue, Go Party Bus and Diamond Lounge reserve the right to terminate the charter immediately and taken directly to the final destination, with no refunds provided.
- Any fighting or antisocial behaviour on board Go Party Bus vehicles will not be tolerated and will result in termination of the charter.
- Your group will likely share venues and surroundings with other families and groups. It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure the group behaves appropriately
- If a venue requests that the group leave, the hirer must ensure that all members of the group depart the venue promptly.
- Any damage or theft occurring at venues is the responsibility of the hirer, who must cooperate by providing relevant information if such incidents occur.
- Go Party Bus and Diamond Lounge reserve the right to pass on details of groups involved in any incidents to the relevant parties and accept no liability for damages or theft caused by groups while on charter.
Breakdowns & Delays
- Go Party Bus and Diamond Lounge provide journey time estimates in good faith but do not guarantee arrival or completion times. We accept no liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by delays during the journey.
- Delays may occur due to traffic, roadworks, delays from previous groups, cleaning of unpleasant conditions, festival traffic, or acts of nature. Drivers will do their best to inform clients of any delays but Go Party Bus and Diamond Lounge will not be liable for refunds or discounts resulting from these factors.
- We reserve the right to change vehicles in the event of breakdowns or unforeseen circumstances. If an alternative vehicle is provided, no refunds will be given, although compensation may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Go Party Bus and Diamond Lounge take no responsibility for loss of VIP entry deals or door charges if you or your group do not arrive on time at the designated venues arranged by us.
School Balls
- Go Party Bus and Diamond Lounge charge for school balls on a per person basis, with a minimum number and cost stated in the quote. This policy is non-negotiable.
- A photo stop is included with all school ball bookings; however, the location is dependent on the ball venue:
- For balls in Fremantle, the photo location will be Monument Hill. Due to traffic and timing, Kings Park is generally not feasible.
- For balls in Joondalup, photo locations will be in the northern suburbs, such as beachside locations or Botanic Golf. Kings Park is not possible due to travel time and traffic.
- For balls in the city, locations such as Kings Park, Queens Park, South Perth Foreshore, and surrounding areas are suitable.
- 1.5 hours is allocated before the ball drop-off time, with 1 hour allowed for pick-up after the ball, depending on location.
- A maximum of 10 minutes is allowed for a clothes change stop
- If the after-ball pick-up location is more than 15 kilometres from the change stop, additional charges will apply.
- No bags or belongings are permitted on or left on the bus/coach. Please arrange for bags to be transported separately by a parent or guardian.
- All cancellations require at least 7 days’ notice; otherwise, the full charter cost is payable.
- Once final numbers are confirmed 7 days prior to the ball, the balance price is final. Any changes after this date will not be eligible for individual refunds.
- Full payment must be received at least 1 week prior to the school ball — no exceptions.
- Strictly no alcohol is permitted to be brought on or consumed on the buses. If alcohol is found, the charter will be terminated immediately.
Passengers’ Property and Lost Property
- Go Party Bus and Diamond Lounge Limocoach accept no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal items on board during or after your event.
- All personal belongings (e.g., jackets, bags, phones) remain the responsibility of the hirer and passengers at all times.
- We kindly request that all personal items are removed from the vehicle at the completion of every journey.
65/75 Seater Bookings
- Once you have confirmed a booking for our 65-seater or 75-seater bus, the full quoted amount is due and payable, regardless of any reduction in passenger numbers on or before the day of the event.
- Please ensure you choose your bus size carefully before confirming your booking.
Air-Conditioning
- While we strive to accommodate all requests and provide the best service possible, please be aware that some of our vehicles are air-conditioned and others are not. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you will receive an air-conditioned bus.
- To ensure airflow on non-air-conditioned buses, windows and roof hatches will be opened where possible.
- There is no cost difference between air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned buses.
- Please understand that during Perth’s summer months, despite the presence of air-conditioning, temperatures inside the bus can remain high—especially with large groups dancing. The air-conditioning systems on these vehicles (previously route buses) are typically designed to cool the cabin only 5-10 degrees below outside temperature. For example, in the Swan Valley where peak summer temperatures can reach 40°C, the cabin temperature may still be between 30°C and 35°C.
- As weather conditions are beyond the company’s control, we are unable to offer any compensation if the temperature inside the vehicle is uncomfortably warm for the reasons outlined.
- For wine tours and daytime pub crawls, we highly recommend organisers bring an iced esky stocked with sealed plastic water bottles for guests.
- If bringing an esky is not possible, please encourage guests to bring their own water bottles when boarding.
